The ‘online’ contract, accepted on the website www.ediltermika.biz, is deemed to be concluded between EDILTERMIKA SRL, C.so Europa S.S.11 – km321 – 37038 Soave (Verona), and a consumer, through a telematic sales system known as e-commerce.
By consumer we mean, in relation to contracts for the sale of goods or the provision of services, a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out. The term e-commerce refers to all activities and exchanges of information revolving around economic transactions between individuals and organizations, including public administrations.
This contract must therefore be concluded exclusively through the telematic channel known as the ‘Internet’, at the address https://www.stratifon.it/en/.
The sales conditions established by the supplier are reported below and shall remain effective until modified by the supplier.
Any changes, corrections or updates will be published in the specific section dedicated to sales conditions available on the website https://www.stratifon.it/en/ and shall take effect from the time of their publication.
Buyer obligations
By confirming the order electronically, the Customer declares that they have read and fully accept the sales and payment conditions indicated during the purchase process and in this contract, as well as the section relating to privacy and security. The Customer also undertakes to read, print and retain the sales conditions reported below, as provided for by articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.
The entry of false and/or invented personal data in the data collection forms required to process the order is expressly prohibited. It is also expressly forbidden to enter data belonging to third parties or to carry out multiple registrations for a single consumer.
EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. reserves the right to take legal action against such conduct and any other fraudulent activity to its detriment and/or to the detriment of other consumers.
Sales prices and purchase conditions
All sale prices of the items displayed in the e-commerce include VAT. These prices may vary at any time without EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. being required to give prior notice; however, once the product order has been placed, the price will not be subject to change.
The shipping costs of all items available for purchase in the ediltermika.biz online store are listed in the cart and depend on the purchased items.
Payment methods
Payment for purchased items must be made by the customer using one of the following methods:
- Advance bank transfer
By completing the order via bank transfer, payment must be made within 3 working days from today’s date. If this deadline is not met, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system. To speed up processing, once payment has been made, we recommend sending a copy of the transfer confirmation by email to [email protected] or by fax to 045.6100997. The order will be considered confirmed only once the funds have been credited.

Payment by cash on delivery, with an additional flat fee of 15 euro, is made by paying the total order amount directly to the courier in cash. This payment method is not available for Velux items (windows/flashing/blinds/accessories), coloured paints, and orders exceeding 299 euro. - Credit card
Payment by personal credit card is available for all orders, subject to the card’s available limit. The transaction takes place in real time via a secure connection on the Nexi XPay platform and all related channels. - PayPal

Delivery
Delivery is carried out throughout Italy by express courier and is intended up to the closest point accessible by the courier to the address provided by the customer in the order.
Transport includes unloading but does not include porterage, delivery to upper floors, or removal of packaging.
Delivery times range from 24 to 120 hours from shipment of the goods, which will take place on the first working day after receipt of payment on EDILTERMIKA srl’s account in the case of bank transfer payments; if cash on delivery, credit card or PayPal is selected, the goods will be shipped on the working day following receipt of the order.
These timeframes are indicative only and not binding.
EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from delivery by the carrier beyond the delivery date indicated in the general conditions.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the packaging.
In the event of discrepancies, the customer must refuse the goods, contest the discrepancy directly with the carrier and promptly send written notification to EDILTERMIKA S.r.l., including photographs of the product.
Signing the delivery documents constitutes acceptance of the goods without reservation.
If it is impossible to fulfil an order due to unavailability of the material or for other internal or external reasons, EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. undertakes to promptly inform the customer and refund the amount already paid.
Product characteristics
EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and in order to improve the quality of its offers in line with continuous technological development, the items and characteristics of the goods available on the website.
The customer is responsible for the choice of ordered items and for ensuring that the specifications provided by EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. meet their needs.
EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. provides no guarantee regarding compatibility of the items with other products or equipment used by the customer, nor regarding suitability for the specific use intended by the customer. Complaints regarding defective or missing parts must be submitted to EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. within 5 days of receipt of the items.
EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. is exempt from any liability for the use made of the sold materials.
EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. is exempt from any liability for any direct and/or indirect damages caused by such use.
Contract termination and express termination clause
EDILTERMIKA S.r.l. has the right to terminate the contract by simply notifying the customer; in this case, the customer shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount already paid, expressly waiving any further claims for compensation.
The obligations assumed by the customer pursuant to art. 1 (Buyer obligations), as well as the guarantee of successful payment pursuant to art. 3 (Payment methods), are essential. Therefore, by express agreement, failure by the customer to comply with even one of these obligations shall result in automatic termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for judicial intervention, without prejudice to EDILTERMIKA S.r.l.’s right to seek compensation for further damages.
If a customer requests cancellation of an order before shipment and a refund is issued due to an error attributable to the customer, payment commissions will not be refunded.
Jurisdiction
For any dispute, the Court of VERONA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data are collected for the purpose of registering the customer and activating the procedures necessary to fulfil this order and the related communications. Such data are processed electronically in compliance with applicable laws and may be disclosed only upon request by judicial authorities or other legally authorised authorities.
Personal data will be communicated to parties delegated to carry out activities necessary for execution of the concluded contract and will be disclosed exclusively within the scope of that purpose, as expressly provided for by Legislative Decree 196/2003.
